The Company Does Not Exist As Described
A trading company presents itself as the manufacturer. The licence says otherwise, and the factory in the photos belongs to someone else entirely.
The Goods Are Not What Was Agreed
Samples pass, production does not. The contract has no acceptance criteria, no inspection right, and no meaningful penalty — so there is nothing to enforce.
They Take the Money and Stop Answering
Payment went to a personal account or an unrelated entity. By the time the buyer realises, the counterparty has no reachable assets.

All fees are indicative starting or base fees for standard engagements, quoted in USD and exclusive of taxes, government charges and disbursements. Travel for on-site inspection is not included in the service fee and is billed at cost. Case representation and enforcement fees are negotiated per case. A binding quote is provided in writing after an initial review. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of any particular outcome.
